Tiger Woods recently made a heartwarming appearance as a caddy for his 14-year-old son, Charlie, at the Notah Begay III Junior Golf Championship in Louisiana.

The golf legend, who has been recovering from significant health challenges, showed no noticeable limp as he walked alongside Charlie and carried his golf bag.

In a video shared on SB Nation’s Playing Through on X, Tiger Woods was seen walking briskly with his son during the tournament. Charlie was participating in the championship and was positioned at 5-over, tied for 23rd place going into the final round.

This wasn’t the first time Tiger caddied for his son. In September, he also carried Charlie’s clubs as his son secured a spot in the November tournament. The father-son duo appeared to be relishing their time together on the golf course, strengthening their special bond.

Woods’ appearance as a caddy without a noticeable limp is a positive development, especially considering his recent health struggles. More than six months ago, he withdrew from the Masters before the fourth round due to a re-aggravation of his plantar fasciitis.

He subsequently underwent successful fusion surgery on his ankle to address arthritis issues in his leg.

Throughout his recovery process, Tiger has faced ongoing leg pain, a result of the serious injuries he sustained in a single-car accident in California in February 2021. He has been open about his challenges, describing the leg pain as “constant” and acknowledging discomfort after the first round of the Masters.

Despite these challenges, there are signs that Tiger Woods might be preparing for a golf comeback. Fellow golfer Stewart Cink shared insights, noting that Tiger had started practising, indicating his readiness for something significant.

While the exact nature of his return remains uncertain, golf enthusiasts and fans of the iconic golfer are eagerly anticipating his next move, hoping for a triumphant return to the sport he has dominated for years.
