J.K. Rowling confirmed that she will not forgive Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson.

As fans will know, the actors starred in the film adaptations of Rowling’s super-hit novel Harry Potter.

However, the relationship of Daniel and Emma with the writer of their popular movie series seem to be estranged due to their different opinions on the matter of transgender rights.

Recently, their row was reignited when on 10th April, 2024, Dr. Hilary Cass released an independent review of gender identity services for children and young people delivered by Britain’s National Health Service, reported BBC.

In response to this release, J.K. Rowling broke silence by saying that she was “bloody angry,” and claimed that “thousands are complicit, not just medics, but the celebrity mouthpieces, unquestioning media and cynical corporations” in a series of tweets.

One fan commented to her tweets and penned, “Just waiting for Dan and Emma to give you a very public apology … safe in the knowledge that you will forgive them.”

Nonetheless, Rowling declared in reply, “Not safe, I’m afraid. Celebs who cosied up to a movement intent on eroding women’s hard-won rights and who used their platforms to cheer on the transitioning of minors can save their apologies for traumatized detransitioners and vulnerable women reliant on single sex spaces.”
